The company is combining SAP Business AI Platform with the new SAP Autonomous Suite to create workflows where AI agents can execute tasks across finance, procurement, supply chains, HR, and customer operations with built-in governance and oversight.

The SAP Autonomous Suite introduces more than 50 domain-specific Joule Assistants. These assistants can orchestrate over 200 specialized AI agents for different operational tasks. SAP also unveiled the SAP Business AI Platform, which combines SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Business AI into a single governed environment.
At the center is SAP Knowledge Graph, designed to help AI agents understand business relationships, workflows, and enterprise context. This directly addresses growing concerns around unreliable AI agents data context, where AI systems generate inaccurate results due to weak business understanding.
The platform also introduces Joule Studio, allowing enterprises and developers to create AI workflows using no-code, pro-code, and AI-first frameworks.
Partnerships and automation define the bigger strategy
SAP backed the launch with a €100 million partner fund to accelerate adoption of AI assistants and enterprise agents. The company also expanded partnerships with firms including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Anthropic, and NVIDIA.
These partnerships strengthen SAP’s effort to build a governed AI ecosystem rather than isolated AI tools.
