Sookti AI appoints Gagan Mohan Singh as CIO to drive SAP transformation

Sookti AI has appointed Gagan Mohan Singh as Chief Information Officer (CIO) as the company expands its AI-native solutions for SAP customers and strengthens its focus on enterprise transformation.

Singh will lead technology strategy, product innovation and enterprise-transformation initiatives. His role will focus on scaling Sookti AI’s technology capabilities and translating artificial intelligence innovations into measurable business outcomes for enterprises.

He will also support organisations in modernising their SAP environments, accelerating SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and adopting intelligent, increasingly autonomous models of enterprise execution.

Nearly 20 years of SAP transformation experience

Singh brings nearly two decades of experience across SAP consulting, enterprise architecture, presales, business development, digital transformation and technology leadership.

Before joining Sookti AI, he was associated with Deloitte India, working with Indian conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation opportunities.

His earlier roles at NEC Corporation India, Page Industries, PepsiCo and IBM gave him experience across SAP transformation, enterprise integration, digital platforms and business-process improvement.

At NEC Corporation India, Singh advised enterprises on SAP S/4HANA implementations and SAP migration, along with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Fiori and enterprise integration strategies.

At Page Industries, he managed technology initiatives spanning SAP, ordering platforms, retail systems, e-commerce integration and digital transformation. During more than five years at PepsiCo, his work included SAP integrations, business-process improvements and technology-enabled transformation.

Enterprise AI enters the CIO mandate

As CIO, Singh will focus on strengthening Sookti AI’s technology capabilities and helping enterprises turn AI innovation into measurable outcomes.

A key part of the role will involve SAP modernisation and S/4HANA transformation. Singh will also support organisations as they adopt intelligent and increasingly autonomous models of enterprise execution.

This places Enterprise AI alongside SAP modernisation as a central part of Sookti AI’s technology agenda.
