Digisol Step-Up training brings hands-on learning to Siliguri

Digisol Systems Ltd. conducted a Digisol Step-Up Training session in Siliguri for its channel partners, focusing on the company’s active and passive networking product range.

The session was built around practical, field-relevant knowledge. Partners were taken through installation, configuration and troubleshooting, with the aim of helping them handle common deployment challenges with greater confidence.

Active networking gets a practical focus

The training covered active networking products, including switches and routers. Partners explored configuration basics as well as common deployment scenarios they may encounter in the field.

The focus was not limited to product features. The session also looked at practical issues that can arise during deployment, giving partners an opportunity to connect product knowledge with their day-to-day work.

Passive networking and cabling matter too

The programme also covered passive networking components, including structured cabling and connectors. Installation practices were a key part of this discussion, particularly those that can affect network performance over the longer term.

Bringing active and passive networking into the same training session gives partners a more complete view of the deployment process. Configuring a switch is only one part of getting a network running properly. Cabling and installation also need attention.

Partner enablement through hands-on Networking training

The Siliguri session was conducted by Sourav Bhattacharjee, Networking Specialist at Digisol. He addressed common field issues and shared practical approaches for resolving them.

The interactive format also allowed Channel partners to raise questions linked to their own project requirements. That made the session more closely tied to the situations they handle in their daily work.

For Digisol, the Partner enablement effort is part of a wider programme to keep partners updated on product capabilities and better equipped to support customers.
