Troogue Appoints Madhusudhana Rao Podila as CPTO for AI Growth

Troogue.ai is changing the shape of its technology platform. The company has appointed Madhusudhana Rao Podila as Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), as it moves from a capability marketplace toward a broader AI-led platform.

The shift is important because Troogue is looking beyond simply helping enterprises find technology professionals. Its next phase is focused on helping businesses understand, evaluate and deploy verified human capability at scale.

Madhusudhan will take charge of product vision, technology strategy and engineering execution as the company expands its enterprise platform and strengthens its AI capabilities.

From talent marketplace to capability platform

Troogue's existing marketplace allows enterprises to discover, evaluate and deploy verified technology professionals and teams. The company is now building AI agents for both enterprises and technology professionals.

At the centre of this plan is a Human Intelligence Data Layer. Over time, it is expected to bring together verified skills, assessment signals, experience and real-world work outcomes to create an evolving view of capability.

That makes the Troogue CPTO appointment less about a routine leadership addition and more about the technology direction behind the company's next phase.

Data and AI experience takes centre stage

Madhusudhan joins Troogue from Thoughtworks, where he was a senior leader in the Data and AI domain. He has more than two decades of experience across Thoughtworks, Infosys and Four Soft.

His experience covers enterprise technology strategy, Data and AI platforms, architecture, product-led transformation and large engineering programmes. He has also advised C-suite leaders across financial services, telecom, retail and digital businesses.

That background aligns closely with Troogue's planned AI-driven product roadmap, particularly as the company works on products and AI agents designed to help enterprises make better capability decisions.

Building intelligent products around human capability

For Troogue, the technology challenge is not limited to matching professionals with enterprise requirements.

Madhusudhan said the opportunity is to build intelligent products and AI agents that help enterprises make better capability decisions while also allowing professionals to demonstrate and grow their value.

The company's broader ambition is to connect AI, data and human capability through a platform that can provide enterprises with greater confidence in the capabilities they access.

What the leadership expansion signals

The Troogue leadership expansion comes as the company prepares to scale its enterprise platform, strengthen its AI capabilities and expand its product roadmap.

CEO Madhu Rajputra Peravalli said enterprises need greater confidence in capability rather than simply more access to resumes. That idea sits at the heart of Troogue's shift from a capability marketplace to broader capability infrastructure.

Madhusudhan's role will therefore span product, technology and engineering, placing the CPTO appointment close to the company's wider platform strategy.
