Quick Heal appoints Rajiv Sreekantan to lead enterprise growth

Quick Heal is putting a stronger focus on enterprise growth with the appointment of Rajiv Sreekantan as Senior Vice President – Enterprise Sales. The move comes as its enterprise arm, Seqrite, looks to expand customer acquisition, strengthen partners and build a larger presence in international markets.
Rajiv will lead sales teams globally, covering SMB, mid-market, large enterprise, government/PSU and other strategic customer segments. His remit also includes building strategic customer relationships and a high-performance enterprise sales organisation.
A wider role for enterprise cybersecurity
The Quick Heal leadership appointment comes as Seqrite moves beyond its endpoint security roots. Its enterprise portfolio now covers Digital Risk Protection, Threat Management, Ransomware Recovery, Data Privacy and AI security.
The company said its enterprise business has gained momentum through wins across BFSI, defence and government. With threat intelligence from Seqrite Labs, the company is looking to take this wider portfolio deeper into existing accounts while pursuing new strategic customers.
Rajiv brings 30 years of experience in technology sales, revenue growth and strategic customer engagements. Before joining Quick Heal, he was India & South Asia Head of Enterprise Storage for IBM’s Hybrid Cloud & AI Business Unit.
Building a stronger sales and partner engine
For Seqrite, the appointment is about more than adding a senior sales leader. The company is looking to sharpen its go-to-market strategy while strengthening its partner and channel ecosystem.
Its stated focus includes customer acquisition, retention and expansion across India, alongside a broader international push. Southeast Asia, the Middle East & Africa, and Europe have been identified as key markets for expansion, with local partnerships and enterprise engagement expected to play a role.
This puts the Senior Vice President Enterprise Sales role at the centre of Seqrite’s next growth phase, connecting its product expansion with customer and channel reach.
AI-native cybersecurity becomes part of the pitch
Seqrite is also positioning itself as an AI-native cybersecurity stack, with AI security added to a portfolio that spans cybersecurity and data privacy. Its full-stack data privacy offering is aimed at compliance, governance and protection requirements, particularly across regulated industries and large digital environments.
The larger shift is clear. Seqrite wants to use its broader technology portfolio to deepen existing customer relationships while opening doors to new enterprise accounts.
