ADCTA and AU Small Finance Bank support taxpayer registration camps in Nehru Place

The All Delhi Computer Traders Association (ADCTA), in collaboration with AU Small Finance Bank Limited, Nehru Place Branch, supported special taxpayer registration camps organised by the Department of Trade & Taxes, Government of NCT of Delhi, for newly eligible taxpayers in Ward-89, Nehru Place.

The camps were held on September 21-22, 2026, with the aim of helping businesses operating in Nehru Place complete the taxpayer registration process and understand the required compliance procedures.

ADCTA, supported by the Association of India's Biggest IT Market - Nehru Place, helped organise the initiative by mobilising eligible traders and providing on-ground support.

Registration camps target Nehru Place traders

The Department of Trade & Taxes, GNCTD organised the special camps to assist newly eligible taxpayers in Ward-89 with registration and compliance procedures.

ADCTA’s involvement was aimed at bringing more members of the computer trading community into the process. Nehru Place is described by ADCTA as India's largest computer hardware and IT services marketplace.

Mahinder Aggarwal, President of ADCTA, said, “ADCTA has always prioritised supporting our members in navigating regulatory requirements. These camps provided an excellent opportunity for new traders to become tax-compliant with proper guidance and minimal disruption to their businesses.”

The initiative brought together the traders’ association, a financial services provider and the government department around the taxpayer registration process.

For businesses in Nehru Place, the camps provided an on-ground mechanism to address registration requirements while continuing their regular operations.

ADCTA is a registered trade body representing computer hardware, software and IT service businesses in Nehru Place. According to the association, it works on trader representation, business development and regulatory compliance within Delhi’s technology sector.

AU Small Finance Bank Limited is a scheduled commercial bank offering banking products and services across India. Its Nehru Place branch serves the local business community.

The two-day initiative reflects the role that local trade associations and business-facing financial institutions can play in helping technology traders navigate regulatory processes.
