The milestone comes at a time when industries worldwide are looking for smarter ways to improve productivity, handle repetitive work, and address growing operational complexity. Addverb’s latest announcement suggests the company sees humanoid robotics as the next major step in industrial automation.

From Warehouse Automation to Physical AI

Over the past decade, Addverb has built its reputation around automated warehouse and material-handling technologies. Today, the company operates across India, the US, the UK, Europe, and several other international markets, serving enterprises through robotics, software, and integrated automation solutions.

Now, the company is preparing to launch Elixis, a next-generation walking humanoid robot designed to perform repetitive and potentially hazardous tasks in logistics, manufacturing, and industrial environments. The move reflects a broader shift from task-specific automation toward intelligent systems capable of working alongside humans in dynamic settings.

According to Addverb, the company plans to deploy 3,000 humanoid robots in industrial facilities by 2030, signalling its long-term commitment to expanding Physical AI applications across industries.

Scaling Manufacturing and Global Ambitions

The announcement also highlights the scale Addverb has achieved. The company says it can manufacture up to one lakh robots annually and reported revenue of ₹800 crore in FY 2024-25. It is now targeting more than ₹1,400 crore by FY27.

This growth trajectory reflects rising demand for automation technologies across sectors. Addverb’s customer portfolio includes organisations such as Reliance, HUL, PepsiCo, DHL, Maersk, Mondial Relay, Flipkart, ITC, and Johnson & Johnson, demonstrating how automation is becoming a core business requirement rather than a niche investment.
