Constl Appoints Nidhi Pandey to Lead Digital Transformation Strategy

In her new role, Pandey will oversee the company's IT and digital functions, covering Digital, Finance, Operations Support Systems (OSS), and Business Support Systems (BSS).

The mandate goes beyond technology operations. It focuses on building secure, scalable, and future-ready platforms capable of supporting Constl's long-term growth strategy. As infrastructure providers increasingly support complex digital ecosystems, technology governance and platform delivery are becoming central to business execution.

Experience Built Across Telecom and Enterprise IT

Pandey brings more than two decades of experience spanning telecommunications, enterprise IT, and technology leadership.

Her career includes leadership positions at Airtel International, Vodafone Idea, Tata Communications, Tech Mahindra, and HPE India.

Across these organisations, she has led enterprise architecture modernisation initiatives, IT strategy programmes, and large-scale digital transformation projects across multiple markets. That experience is expected to support Constl as it continues expanding its infrastructure and service capabilities.

A Leadership Move Aligned With Industry Shifts

The announcement highlights a broader trend across the digital infrastructure industry. As demand grows for AI-ready network infrastructure, data centre interconnects, and cloud-driven services, companies are investing not only in physical assets but also in technology leadership.
