Anaplan APAC expansion strengthens its Gurugram presence

Anaplan is putting more weight behind its Asia-Pacific operations with a multi-million-dollar investment and its largest office yet in Gurugram, India. The new facility also houses the company’s first Anaplan customer experience centre in the region, giving enterprise leaders a place to explore its AI and scenario-planning capabilities.
The move comes as APAC has become Anaplan’s fastest-growing region for net new bookings in the last fiscal year. With more than 500 employees across nine APAC offices and over 500 regional customers, the Anaplan APAC expansion is increasingly tied to growth, talent and product development.
Why Gurugram matters to the expansion
The new Anaplan Gurugram office covers 42,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 500 employees. Developed in partnership with DLF India, it brings engineering, product development, go-to-market, customer support, marketing and HR teams into one location.
That mix is important because the Gurugram operation is expected to contribute to Anaplan’s global product roadmap. The company also plans to use the location to advance its Agentic Enterprise framework, where role-based AI agents handle routine operations across finance, supply chain, HR and sales.
For India, the significance goes beyond the size of the office. Anaplan is placing engineering and AI work closer to the centre of its global product plans, reflecting the role the company sees for local technology talent.
The customer centre adds a practical angle
The Anaplan customer experience centre is designed to let enterprise leaders test role-based AI agents and explore interactive scenario-planning use cases. Rather than keeping the technology discussion at a conceptual level, the centre provides a hands-on setting to examine how agentic AI can support resource allocation and faster decisions.
Anaplan has also added data centres in India, Indonesia and Singapore to support local data residency. Combined with its growing customer base across finance, supply chain, sales and workforce planning, the investments show that the company is building a broader APAC operating base.
