Partner engagement in the IT channel is not always about products, targets or business reviews. Consistent Infosystems partners recently experienced a different side of the relationship, with the company hosting a six-day trip to Georgia for more than 90 IT Premium Partners and their families.
The initiative was designed to recognise the contribution of its partner community while creating space for informal interactions with the Consistent team. The family-inclusive format also gave partners an opportunity to build connections outside the usual business setting.
Consistent Infosystems partners get a wider engagement platform
The Georgia trip was led by Nitin Bansal, Director and Co-Founder, and Yogesh Agrawal, CMD and Co-Founder, Consistent Infosystems. Their participation created opportunities for direct conversations with partners and reinforced the company's focus on its channel ecosystem.
For IT channel partners, initiatives like this shift engagement from purely transactional interactions towards longer-term relationships. Consistent positioned the trip as a way to appreciate partner support while spending time with partners and their families.
Bansal said the company views its relationship with partners as extending beyond business, with the Georgia trip intended to celebrate the association and make the partnership journey more meaningful.
Premium IT partners remain central to the channel strategy
The focus on Premium IT partners also highlights the role of the channel community in Consistent's business. Rather than limiting engagement to formal business interactions, the company used the trip to bring partners and their families into the experience.
That approach creates a more personal setting for a distributor-partner relationship, while giving the company another way to recognise the contribution of its channel ecosystem.
Consistent Infosystems partners already have Switzerland next
The Georgia trip is also not being positioned as a one-off. Consistent has announced Switzerland as the destination for its upcoming partner trip.
Agrawal described partners as an extension of the Consistent family and said such experiences provide an opportunity to spend time together and strengthen relationships. The Switzerland announcement therefore extends the company's current approach to IT distribution and partner engagement.
For Consistent Infosystems, the bigger takeaway is that channel relationships are being built through more than commercial interactions. By combining business associations with shared experiences, the company is using partner engagement as a way to reinforce connections across its ecosystem.
