GoTo-Nexthink Alliance: LogMeIn Rescue Integration
GoTo and Nexthink have announced the expansion of their strategic partnership with a bidirectional, end-to-end integration between LogMeIn Rescue and Nexthink Infinity.
Available directly within the Nexthink Infinity Library, the enhanced integration establishes a single, connected workflow that links real-time endpoint telemetry with remote diagnostics and automated remediation.
Designed for enterprise IT departments, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs), the unified platform eliminates the operational friction caused by toggling between separate monitoring tools and remote desktop consoles, accelerating Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) while elevating workplace satisfaction.

The Four Critical Moments: Deconstructing the Bidirectional Workflow

Service desk agents frequently face incomplete context when handling support tickets, forcing them into repetitive discovery steps with employees. The bidirectional connection synchronises data and actions across four critical stages of the troubleshooting loop:
  1. One-Click Session Launch: Technicians initiate an instant LogMeIn Rescue session directly from the Nexthink device view interface. Automated handoffs connect both technician and end user immediately, bypassing manual session link generation and chat exchanges.
  2. Live Device Data and DEX Insights In-Session: A dedicated telemetry tab inside the Rescue technician console displays live hardware metrics, OS stability logs, structured diagnostic checklists, and composite DEX scores (including recent end-user sentiment) in real time without tool switching.
  3. AI-Powered Diagnostics Enriched by Telemetry: The Rescue AI engine cross-references historical endpoint performance telemetry from Nexthink Infinity with real-time session indicators to generate ranked root-cause analyses and targeted troubleshooting recommendations before manual intervention begins.
  4. Direct Remediation via Nexthink Remote Actions: Once the root issue is confirmed, technicians trigger pre-approved Nexthink Remote Actions and automated PowerShell/Bash remediation scripts directly from the active Rescue interface. The remediation outcome is automatically recorded into Rescue session logs and synced back to connected enterprise ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
Samuele Gantner, Chief Product Officer at Nexthink, highlighted how embedding remote support inside the DEX ecosystem transforms technician agility:
"This integration represents a meaningful evolution of what our partnership with GoTo can do for IT teams. We're excited to feature LogMeIn Rescue in the Nexthink Infinity Library, giving IT teams one-click access to connect their device intelligence with AI-powered remote support. Nexthink gives technicians the full picture of what's happening on a device before they ever take a manual step. Now, with Rescue available directly from the Library, we're fundamentally changing how fast and how confidently IT teams can resolve issues, and the impact that has on the employee experience."
Joseph George, General Manager of IT Solutions Group at GoTo, emphasised the value of single-pane-of-glass operations for global support providers:
"When we first announced our partnership, the goal was clear: bring together the best of what Nexthink and Rescue each do, in a way that enhances how enterprise IT, GSI, and VAR teams work. We are now building on this strategic partnership with a deeper, bidirectional integration between our platforms, providing technicians everything they need in a single place. We're giving IT teams a real advantage in speed, accuracy, and the employee experience they're able to deliver."
The integration between LogMeIn Rescue and Nexthink Infinity is available globally via the Nexthink Infinity Library, providing enterprise IT organisations with the tools to transition from reactive ticket handling to proactive, DEX-driven service delivery.
