Nemetschek India, a provider of digital solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AEC/O) industry, has announced a strategic collaboration with CADD Centre, a global competence-building network. Together, the organisations are launching a portfolio of AI-enabled Building Information Modelling (BIM) certification programs designed to prepare students and working professionals for a digital-first construction sector.
This initiative brings Nemetschek’s software platforms, including Graphisoft Archicad, Solibri, and Bluebeam, into structured, industry-oriented learning pathways. The programs are built to cater to large enterprises, mid-sized firms, independent architects, structural engineers, civil engineering students, and site coordinators. Learners will gain hands-on experience in automated BIM workflows, model validation, digital documentation, and AI-assisted design execution.
Curated AI-Enabled Course Portfolio
The new curriculum integrates real-world project scenarios, replacing isolated tool instruction with end-to-end BIM lifecycle training. The newly introduced programs include:
Executive Diploma in BIM with AI: A comprehensive program covering multi-disciplinary coordination, ISO 19650 standards, and AI integration across project planning.
Master Certificate in BIM with AI: A deep-dive track focused on advanced 3D/4D/5D modelling, automated parametric generation, and multi-platform data exchange.
Proficient in Archicad with AI: Focused training on architectural design, generative modelling, visual rendering, and automated documentation.
Essential in Solibri: Dedicated instruction in BIM quality assurance, automated clash detection, spatial compliance checking, and model audit rulesets.
Essential in Bluebeam: Practical modules covering digital markup, document management, site-to-office communication, and quantity takeoff workflows.
Each participant will receive signature CADD Centre printed or digital learning workbooks and reference guides to support long-term professional development.
Phased Deployment and Ecosystem Engagement
The certification tracks are launching across CADD Centre's training network. Phase 1 focuses on key technological and engineering hubs, including Chennai, Bengaluru, and Pune, before expanding nationwide. To support working professionals seeking to upskill, courses will also be accessible via CloudKampus, CADD Centre's digital learning platform.
Beyond classroom training, Nemetschek India and CADD Centre will host a series of joint technical workshops, masterclasses, and industry roundtables. These sessions will feature specialists demonstrating practical BIM applications across complex infrastructure assets, including:
Data Centres & High-Tech Facilities: Coordinating dense mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts.
Commercial Campuses & Skyscrapers: Managing high-rise structural models and facade engineering.
Public Infrastructure: Applying OpenBIM standards to transit networks, airports, and civic developments.

Alok Sharma, Managing Director of Nemetschek India, highlighted how digital skills directly align with national growth:
"India's construction industry is entering a new era where digital technologies and AI are fundamentally changing how projects are designed, coordinated and delivered. As BIM adoption accelerates across both public and private infrastructure, the industry requires professionals who are equipped with globally relevant digital skills from day one. Our collaboration with CADD Centre is an important step towards building that talent pipeline. By combining world-class BIM technologies with practical, industry-focused learning, we are empowering students and professionals to become future-ready while supporting India's journey towards a smarter, more efficient and sustainable built environment."
R. Parthasarathy, Chairman of CADD Centre Group, emphasised the focus on immediate workplace productivity:
"Our mission is to make India the Design and Innovation Capital of the world! In this sincere pursuit, our collaboration with Nemetschek enables us to integrate globally trusted BIM technologies into our learning ecosystem and offer learners a curriculum that reflects the evolving needs of the AEC industry, delivered in both offline and online channels. These new programs combine practical project-based learning with AI-enabled BIM workflows, ensuring that working professionals and students graduate with competencies that are immediately relevant to employers in India and international markets alike, making them productive from day 1."
By pairing globally recognised OpenBIM software platforms with CADD Centre's training footprint, this collaboration helps address the industry's digital skill gaps, preparing Indian engineers and architects to contribute to complex infrastructure projects globally.
