Randstad India Appoints Narayan Iyer to Lead Next Phase of Talent Transformation

As part of the latest Randstad India leadership changes, Narayan Iyer will oversee all four Randstad specialisations in India—Operational, Professional, Digital, and Enterprise. He will also have indirect responsibility for the company’s three India-based shared service centres.

Bringing Three Decades of Technology Leadership

Before joining Randstad, Iyer served as President of Bajaj Technology Services, the technology business unit of Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited. With more than three decades of experience across IT services and consulting, he brings a background centred on enterprise growth, digital transformation, and large-scale operations.

The appointment of Narayan Iyer as Managing Director Randstad India reflects the company’s intention to sharpen its digital-first approach while expanding its role as a talent partner for businesses across sectors.

According to Randstad, Iyer will focus on accelerating growth, strengthening digital capabilities, and supporting organisations as they adapt to new workforce realities.
