Redington, a technology aggregator and innovation provider across emerging markets, has announced a 5-year strategic distribution relationship with Resulticks, a global leader in real-time audience engagement solutions. The partnership is engineered to accelerate the adoption of advanced, AI-driven customer engagement platforms across three key geographic territories: the Middle East, India, and South East & South Asia (SESA).
Over the course of the five-year agreement, the two organisations are targeting an addressable market opportunity exceeding USD 150 million across these international growth corridors. The collaboration unites Redington’s extensive technology distribution infrastructure and partner ecosystem with Resulticks’ AI-native real-time orchestration engine. This combination enables enterprises to unify fragmented customer data streams and deliver personalised experiences across digital channels.
Shifting from Legacy Distribution to Technology Orchestration
The collaboration highlights a broader structural transformation in how enterprise software is taken to market across emerging economies. Traditional IT distribution models relied primarily on transactional fulfilment, shipping hardware or passing through static software licenses.
In contrast, this partnership functions under an ecosystem orchestration framework. Redington and Resulticks are committing joint investments toward channel partner enablement, technical certification bootcamps, and co-marketing demand generation programs.
The program introduces a structured partner engagement model designed to help system integrators, value-added resellers (VARs), and digital agencies build specialised capabilities in AI-powered engagement technologies. By offering performance-based incentives and specialised solution architectures, the partnership creates new revenue streams for channel partners expanding into high-margin MarTech and data-analytics services.
Core Technical Blueprint & Regional Operations
To support continuous operational execution, the alliance will be managed through three regional leadership hubs located in Dubai, India, and Singapore:
The Middle East Expansion: Redington will drive Resulticks’ presence across enterprise accounts in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the broader GCC, supporting regional initiatives in digital transformation and customer experience.
India Market Penetration: The partnership will deepen Resulticks’ penetration into Tier-1 and Tier-2 Indian commercial hubs, helping brands comply with local data protection mandates while scaling real-time customer interactions.
SESA Region Acceleration: Resulticks will work closely with Redington’s regional channel networks across South East Asia and South Asia to capture emerging enterprise demand.
