Professional audio is increasingly being asked to do more than simply deliver clear sound. At InfoComm India 2026, Sennheiser is putting that shift on display with solutions aimed at corporate, education and live production environments.
The company is showcasing its Sennheiser wireless audio solutions from September 16 to 18 in Mumbai, with the Spectera platform and new TeamConnect Ceiling M Plus taking centre stage.
Sennheiser wireless audio gets a broader role
The biggest change comes with Spectera, Sennheiser’s wideband, bidirectional wireless ecosystem. The new Spectera SKM handheld transmitter brings microphones, in-ear monitoring, remote control and monitoring into the same ecosystem.
The handheld is compatible with Sennheiser and Neumann microphone capsules and allows AV teams to remotely manage settings such as gain and low-cut. Its bidirectional connection with the Base Station also provides real-time visibility into battery status, RF performance, audio levels, signal strength and link quality.
The move expands Spectera beyond live production into corporate and higher education environments. The SKM is expected to become commercially available in India from Q4 2026.
InfoComm India 2026 puts simpler AV deployment in focus
Sennheiser is also showing TeamConnect Ceiling M Plus, a ceiling microphone designed around clear speech and easier deployment.
Its dynamic beamforming and enhanced exclusion zones are designed to maintain voice pickup as people move around a room. Single-cable connectivity further simplifies installation.
For AV and IT teams, management is another part of the equation. PartnerLink enables direct microphone configuration through Q-SYS Designer Software, while DeviceHub provides cloud-based monitoring, configuration and diagnostics across multiple rooms and locations.
The wider showcase includes TeamConnect Bars, SpeechLine Digital Wireless, Evolution Wireless Digital and EW-DX. Selected Neumann products will also be featured for recording, monitoring and content creation.
