Nagarro Agentic Salesforce Solutions take shape at Dreamforce 2026

The next stage of enterprise AI may not be about adding another chatbot to the CRM. It is about giving AI a defined role in the work that businesses already do.

That was the focus of Nagarro agentic Salesforce solutions unveiled at Dreamforce 2026 under the theme “From friction to flow.” The new suite targets operational bottlenecks across retail, field service, sales and contract management.

Nagarro, a Salesforce Summit partner and member of the Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network, has built a Salesforce practice of more than 800 experts across 15+ geographies, serving over 200 clients.

Salesforce AI moves from assistance to execution

The solutions on show point to a broader change in how Salesforce AI can be applied to business processes.

RetailAssist is a voice-enabled assistant for field representatives, helping with visit planning, store insights and shelf-compliance analysis. FieldPursuit supports technicians with job preparation, predictive diagnostics, repair guidance, documentation and compliance checks.

SalesPursuit focuses on lead management by qualifying and prioritising leads, reading customer signals and automating CRM updates. ContractIQ takes a similar approach to contract work, handling summaries, redlines, clause validation, version comparisons and policy checks.

Together, these use cases show Agentic AI moving into tasks where context, follow-through and workflow integration matter more than simple content generation.

Dreamforce 2026 puts production ahead of pilots

The wider message from Dreamforce 2026 was that AI is becoming a way for enterprises to coordinate work rather than simply another feature inside CRM.

Salesforce presented four connected layers: Data 360, Customer 360, Agentforce and AIforce. It also introduced Koa, its first CRM reasoning model, and the Enterprise AI Harness for governance and security.

Nagarro’s position in the FDE Partner Network adds another layer to that shift. The network is intended for partners with a record of taking Agentforce deployments into production, matching the event’s focus on moving beyond experimentation.

Agentic AI brings accountability into focus

The move toward agent-led CRM Solutions also raises a less visible challenge: security and accountability.

Nagarro’s approach covers data, platforms and the agents themselves. This includes applying data policies to agents and humans, using red-team agents to identify weaknesses and adding observability to track what agents actually do.

But as deployments grow, technology alone may not settle the issue. Clear responsibility between people and agents becomes increasingly important for enterprises; that could be the difference between an AI pilot that works and an agentic system that can operate reliably at scale.

Nagarro’s Dreamforce showcase therefore reflects a practical direction for enterprise AI: less focus on AI as a standalone feature and more on how agents can become part of business-critical workflows while remaining visible, governed and accountable.
