Netskope Catalyst MSP/SP Program Launch Targets Faster Partner Growth

As enterprise demand for cloud security, AI protection, and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) services continues to grow, managed service providers are facing a new challenge: scaling their operations without increasing complexity. The Netskope Catalyst MSP/SP program launch appears to be the company's response to that reality. Rather than focusing solely on technology, Netskope is introducing a partner enablement framework designed to help MSPs onboard customers faster, simplify operations, and create more predictable business outcomes.

A shift towards operational simplicity

The launch comes at a time when service providers are being asked to deliver more than cybersecurity tools. Enterprises increasingly expect managed services, faster deployment timelines, and end-to-end support as they expand their cloud and AI initiatives. Netskope believes these changing expectations require a different approach to partner engagement.

At the centre of the new program is the Netskope Partner Orchestrator, a self-service platform that enables MSPs to manage and provision customer environments more efficiently. According to the company, the solution can create production-ready customer environments in less than 15 minutes, significantly reducing the time traditionally associated with onboarding and deployment. The platform also allows providers to manage multiple customers, system integrators, resellers, and sub-partners through a single interface while maintaining granular access controls.

Building a business model around partner growth

Beyond technology, the Catalyst program focuses heavily on partner economics. Netskope has introduced flexible pricing structures, programmatic discounts, bundled 24x7 support, and license portability capabilities that allow service providers to move licenses between customers without lengthy approval processes. These additions suggest a growing recognition that operational efficiency and profitability are becoming just as important as technical capabilities in the managed services market.

The company has also structured the program around three tiers—Foundation, Ascent, and Summit—allowing partners to access additional benefits as they grow. Alongside commercial incentives, the program includes new training pathways, accreditation programs, marketing support, and sales enablement resources aimed at helping partners strengthen their market position.

Faster onboarding, stronger ecosystem

Netskope executives describe the initiative as a partner-first strategy built around the realities of running modern managed service businesses. The emphasis on automation, self-service management, and streamlined delivery reflects broader industry demand for faster time-to-value and reduced operational overhead.

The introduction of dedicated SASE certifications and structured enablement programs also highlights the increasing importance of skills development as cybersecurity services become more specialised. For partners, technical expertise is no longer just a differentiator; it is becoming a core requirement for growth.
