Infraon Academy gives channel partners a structured path to tier advancement

For channel partners selling and deploying IT infrastructure solutions, technical credibility is often the difference between winning and losing an enterprise deal. Infraon, the ITOps and ITSM platform backed by EverestIMS Technologies, is addressing this directly with the launch of Infraon Academy, a free Learning Management System that ties partner certifications to formal tier progression within its channel program.

Infraon currently works with 150+ channel partners across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Its partner program runs across three tiers: Registered/Authorised, Silver, and Gold. Until now, moving up in that structure has largely depended on sales performance. The Academy introduces a knowledge and certification layer to that progression.

Satish Kumar V, Co-founder of Infraon, explains the rationale. "We have spent more than twenty years solving complex ITOps and ITSM challenges for global enterprises and telecom providers. We wanted a way to put that experience to work for the wider IT community, starting with our partners."

Certification as a Tier Qualification Tool

Partners who complete courses and earn certifications through the Academy can use those credentials to qualify for the next tier in Infraon's partner program. A certified partner can also present the credential to their customers as formal recognition of deployment and implementation capability on the Infraon platform.

This matters in enterprise sales cycles, where procurement teams increasingly scrutinise the implementation partner's technical qualifications, not just the product itself.

Beyond Product Training

A common criticism of vendor-led learning platforms is that they function as little more than product walkthroughs dressed up as education. Infraon Academy takes a different approach. The curriculum includes foundation-level courses on networking concepts, asset management principles, infrastructure monitoring, and configuration basics. These domain courses build practical competence, regardless of which vendor's tools a professional ultimately uses.

For a partner's technical staff, this means the Academy has relevance beyond Infraon deployments. A pre-sales engineer or solutions architect can use the platform to build or sharpen domain knowledge that applies across client engagements.

Open Access, No Cost

The platform is free with no paywalls or enrolment restrictions. It is open to Infraon partners, customers, and IT professionals globally. Learners work at their own pace through video tutorials and structured courses, track their progress, and earn certifications that validate both domain understanding and product proficiency.

For Infraon, the Academy represents a shift in how it supports its channel. Rather than relying solely on field enablement or ad hoc training, the company is building a self-serve knowledge infrastructure that scales across geographies without proportional support overhead.

For partners, the value is practical: a structured, vendor-recognised path to sharpen technical standing, advance within the program, and walk into enterprise conversations with documented credentials.
