BLUE AI-first video analytics targets 10X revenue growth by FY30

Enterprise video is no longer just about recording footage. Companies now want to turn every camera into a source of useful business intelligence. BLUE AI-first video analytics reflects that shift with a platform designed to make surveillance data easier to search, manage and use with AI.
The Bengaluru-based startup has launched an AI-native enterprise video infrastructure platform powered by what it calls the world's first semantic video codec. Instead of treating CCTV footage as files to store and replay, the platform converts video into machine-readable intelligence.
Why enterprise video infrastructure is changing
The announcement comes as enterprises continue adding more cameras to meet compliance and security needs. That growth is increasing storage requirements, network bandwidth and GPU demand, making surveillance as much an IT infrastructure issue as a security challenge.
According to BLUE, its platform can reduce bandwidth usage by up to 90%, lower video storage costs by up to 10x, and reduce compute needs for semantic video retrieval by 5–10x. The company says this can lower operational expenses by 30–40%.
How BLUE AI-first video analytics works
At the heart of BLUE AI-first video analytics is a semantic codec that compresses video based on its meaning instead of simply reducing file size. The platform combines AI-native compression, intelligent streaming, semantic storage, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-enabled indexing, and an agent-first architecture.
The approach is intended to help enterprises search video faster while reducing infrastructure costs. It also integrates with existing enterprise security and operational workflows.
Early adoption points to enterprise demand
BLUE says the platform has already been deployed with enterprises including Britannia, Haldiram's, HPCL, CPRL (McDonald's licensee in North and East India) and Mumbai Aviation Fuel Farm Facility Private Limited.
CEO Kunal Kislay said the company sees enterprise video as one of AI's biggest opportunities. He added that the startup expects the launch to support its target of BLUE 10X revenue growth FY30, while positioning its semantic codec as a global standard for CCTV video.
Britannia also shared that the platform is helping onboard hundreds of cameras across manufacturing and warehouse sites through its compression technology.
