Delinea Partner Program tackles longstanding channel pain points

The Delinea partner program signals a shift in how identity security vendors are approaching the channel. Rather than simply adding incentives, Delinea is focusing on issues partners have consistently raised: margin pressure, channel conflict, and unclear engagement rules. The new Partner Advantage Program is designed to create a more predictable framework for long-term partner growth.

Why the Delinea Partner Advantage Matters

According to Delinea, the program was shaped through direct partner feedback, including a global listening survey. It is built around three pillars, Protect, Align, and Scale—with an emphasis on making business easier for partners instead of adding operational complexity.

The framework introduces codified rules of engagement, including protected deal registration, teaming safeguards, and Earned Incumbency discounts. These measures are intended to recognise partners that invest in acquiring and expanding customer relationships while reducing uncertainty around renewals.

AI-Driven Enablement Brings More Channel Autonomy

The program also introduces AI-powered training and certifications that provide partners with relevant content during different stages of the sales cycle. An AI-enabled partner portal and streamlined quote-to-cash processes are designed to reduce administrative effort, allowing partners to spend more time engaging customers.

Delinea says this approach gives partners more autonomy while improving efficiency across the sales journey.

Identity Security Channel Program Addresses Growing AI Demand

The launch comes as AI adoption increases demand for stronger identity security. Delinea's 2026 India Identity Security Report found that 46% of Indian organisations have delayed AI initiatives because of identity-related challenges, while 79% admitted accepting standing access under operational pressure.

The company believes these trends create new business opportunities for partners that can help customers manage access across human, machine, and AI identities.

The Partner Advantage Program is available across three tiers, Elite, Premier, and Select—with enrollment now open for selling partners. Delinea plans to expand the program further to MSPs, GSIs, advisory firms, and technology partners.
