Dell Technologies Forum 2026 brings AI PCs to the fore

At the Dell Technologies Forum 2026 in Mumbai, Dell Technologies unveiled a broad commercial portfolio aimed at putting AI computing closer to Indian employees and enterprise workloads. The lineup spans Pro PCs, Precision workstations, monitors and peripherals, reflecting a shift towards giving organisations more choice over where AI workloads are processed.

The portfolio includes Dell Pro 3, Pro 5 and Pro 7 PCs, Dell Pro Precision 9 tower workstations and the Pro Precision 7 R1 rack workstation. Dell is also adding new conferencing, display and webcam products to complete the workplace setup.

AI PCs become part of the enterprise stack

The underlying change is not just about faster business PCs. Dell is positioning AI-capable devices as part of a hybrid environment where some workloads remain in the cloud or data centre while others run directly on PCs and workstations.

An IDC study commissioned by Dell and Intel found that 89% of organisations across Asia Pacific consider AI capabilities very important when making future PC purchasing decisions. In India, 76% of organisations prioritise AI performance powered by advanced NPUs when selecting AI PCs.

For enterprises, that points to a growing focus on on-device intelligence alongside traditional infrastructure.

Precision workstations target heavier AI workloads

Dell’s Precision 9 Series is aimed at workloads such as AI training, simulation and rendering. The T2, T4 and T6 towers can be configured with Intel Xeon 600 Series processors, NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell graphics and extensive memory and storage options.

The Pro Precision 9 T6 supports up to 15 PCIe slots, multiple NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell GPUs and up to 316TB of storage. Dell is also positioning these systems for Deskside Agentic AI workloads, supporting models ranging from 30 billion to 500 billion parameters.

This gives teams an option to build and refine AI workflows locally before expanding successful workloads across the wider enterprise environment.

The workplace portfolio goes beyond compute

Dell’s new commercial range also includes the Pro 43 Plus 4K Huddle Conferencing Monitor, UltraSharp 32 4K QD-OLED Monitor and Pro 7 Webcam 4K. The products bring AI features into meetings, collaboration and content creation.

Security remains part of the commercial PC design through Dell Trusted Workspace, which covers areas including BIOS and firmware verification, vulnerability detection, credential protection and below-the-OS telemetry.
