Ecosystm AI intelligence platform drives new strategy

Ecosystm has outlined the next phase of its strategic development centred on the Ecosystm AI intelligence platform, expanded advisory services and a broader leadership community across Asia Pacific.
The strategy aims to strengthen the company’s role as a data and advisory platform focused on enterprise technology decision-making. Three priorities define the initiative: building an AI-native intelligence platform, expanding practitioner-led advisory capabilities and growing the regional leadership network.
As part of this transition, the company’s Founder and Chairman Amit Gupta has returned to the chief executive role. The board indicated that founder-led leadership would support faster execution and clearer strategic direction as the organisation enters its next stage of development.
Ecosystm was originally established as a digital-native research and advisory platform focused on technology markets.
India positioned as a central growth market
The company is increasing investments in India as part of the development of the Ecosystm AI intelligence platform. The initiative focuses on expanding AI integration across its research platform while strengthening its local research and advisory presence.
Planned efforts include building a larger team of analysts and consultants and improving the depth of enterprise intelligence produced for organisations operating in the region.
Gupta said enterprise AI adoption across Asia Pacific is accelerating and requires intelligence platforms capable of capturing complex market dynamics.
“Enterprises across Asia Pacific are navigating AI adoption at a pace and complexity that most intelligence platforms weren't designed to support. Nowhere is this more true than in India, where the scale of enterprise transformation, the depth of the startup ecosystem, and the speed of policy evolution are redefining what good intelligence even looks like,” Gupta said.
He added that the objective is to connect vendor strategies, enterprise adoption patterns, regulatory changes, startup activity and capital investment into a continuously updated intelligence model that can support decision-making.
Building the Ecosystm AI intelligence platform
The development of the Ecosystm AI intelligence platform includes the integration of the CoVentured AI Innovation Research Platform, which the company acquired in 2024.
The integration combines real-time venture capital and startup ecosystem data with Ecosystm’s existing technology market research.
This approach allows the platform to track innovation activity, capital flows and enterprise technology adoption in parallel. The objective is to shift research from periodic reports to continuously updated intelligence capable of supporting scenario-based analysis.
The company states that this capability is particularly relevant in high-growth markets where startup innovation and enterprise technology adoption evolve together.
Research built around ecosystem analysis
Ecosystm’s research model examines multiple layers of the technology ecosystem rather than focusing only on vendor products.
The Ecosystm AI intelligence platform integrates research across several domains:
Technology vendors and product strategies
Enterprise transformation and technology adoption
Policy and regulatory developments
Startup ecosystem activity
Investment and capital flows
According to the company, technology decisions increasingly depend on understanding how these areas influence one another rather than evaluating products in isolation.
Practitioner-led advisory services
Alongside the intelligence platform, Ecosystm is strengthening its advisory capabilities through a practitioner-led model.
The advisory network includes former CIOs, chief digital officers and industry executives who have managed enterprise transformation programmes. Their operational experience forms the basis of the company’s advisory services.
This model aims to combine research insights with practical experience in implementing technology strategies within enterprises.
Integration with Claybox AI consulting
The company has also expanded its integration with Claybox AI, a consulting venture co-founded by Amit Gupta and Parminder Singh.
Claybox AI focuses on AI consulting and implementation services. The integration enables enterprise clients to access advisory services that move from research insights to implementation support.
The arrangement allows organisations using the Ecosystm AI intelligence platform to combine market intelligence with consulting services designed to support AI strategy execution.
Claybox AI works with enterprises across sectors including banking, technology, automotive, real estate and logistics.
Expanding the leadership community
Another component of the strategy involves expanding Ecosystm’s leadership community across Asia Pacific.
The company plans to broaden the Ecosystm Leadership Council and increase the number of leadership forums and regional events organised under its platform.
Planned programmes include:
Ecosystm Leadership ThinkTanks
New Zealand CIO and Innovation Summit and Awards
AI Impact Assembly scheduled for Singapore
These initiatives are intended to bring together enterprise leaders and technology decision-makers to discuss emerging trends in enterprise transformation and AI adoption.
India retreat to gather enterprise leaders
India will host one of the key regional initiatives linked to the Ecosystm AI intelligence platform strategy.
The Big5 CIO Priorities ’26 retreat is scheduled for 18–19 March 2026 at the Taj Surajkund Resort and Spa in Delhi NCR.
The event will bring together technology and business leaders from more than 200 large enterprises across India.
The programme is structured around five themes:
Leadership and policy
Technology ecosystem development
Global capability centres as growth drivers
Digital economy transformation
The future of work
Global analysts from Ecosystm will guide discussions across these areas.
Next phase of regional development
Through the expansion of the Ecosystm AI intelligence platform, practitioner-led advisory services and regional leadership initiatives, the company is positioning itself to address the growing demand for enterprise technology intelligence in Asia Pacific.
The strategy reflects an effort to connect research, advisory services and leadership networks into a single framework designed to support technology decision-making as organisations accelerate their adoption of AI.
