Pegasystems Strategic India Investment Deepens with New Bengaluru Innovation Hub

The Pegasystems strategic India investment took a significant step forward with the inauguration of a new office at EcoWorld Tech Park, Bengaluru. Built with an investment exceeding ₹60 crore, the facility represents one of the company’s largest infrastructure expansions in India and reinforces the country's growing importance within Pega’s global operations.

More than a workplace expansion, the new facility reflects how enterprise software companies are increasingly positioning India as a centre for innovation, engineering excellence, and customer engagement.

Executive Briefing Centre Becomes the Focal Point

A key highlight of the facility is the new Executive Briefing Centre (EBC). Designed to host executive meetings, partner collaborations, product demonstrations, roadmap discussions, and advisory sessions, the centre aims to bring customers closer to Pega’s technology and leadership teams.

The move suggests a broader shift in enterprise technology engagement, where customers increasingly expect direct access to innovation teams and immersive demonstrations rather than traditional sales interactions.

Bengaluru Emerges as a Global Strategic Centre

The new office further strengthens Bengaluru’s role within Pega’s worldwide network. Company leaders described the city as a strategic anchor supporting engineering, business development, and client engagement across Asia-Pacific and other markets.

The facility is approximately 1.5 times the size of Pega’s previous Bengaluru office and expands the company’s footprint in the city by around 60%. It includes more than 350 seats, over 35 meeting and conference rooms, and connected workspaces designed to encourage collaboration.

Building for Talent and Long-Term Growth

Beyond infrastructure, the office highlights the growing importance of workplace experience in attracting and retaining technology talent. The facility includes modern collaboration spaces, wellness-focused amenities, advanced meeting technologies, and sustainability certifications such as LEED, WELL, and IGBC Platinum.

According to company leadership, India remains central to Pega’s global growth plans. The new office provides a platform for deeper customer engagement while supporting future expansion across engineering and enterprise innovation initiatives.
