ProHance appoints Ankur Agarwal to scale ProHanceCX

ProHance Appoints Ankur Agarwal as it looks to give its workforce management business a stronger enterprise sales push. Agarwal will lead the growth charter for ProHanceCX, ProHance’s dedicated product line for workforce management, while working closely with the sales organisation to expand its footprint globally.
The appointment comes with a clear commercial mandate. Rather than treating ProHanceCX as another product addition, the company is placing an experienced CX and WFM sales leader at the centre of its effort to build the offering into a market leader.
ProHance VP and GM appointment puts WFM growth in focus
In his new role, Agarwal will work with ProHance’s sales team to expand ProHanceCX and build its presence across enterprise CX and workforce engagement accounts. His focus will include developing durable enterprise relationships and positioning the product around measurable return on investment.
Agarwal brings more than 19 years of enterprise sales experience spanning customer experience, workforce engagement and workforce management solutions. He joins ProHance after nearly 18 years at Verint Systems, where he most recently served as Sales Director with pan-India responsibility for major enterprise accounts across BFSI and BPO.
ProHanceCX sales division gets experienced leadership
The move gives the ProHanceCX sales division leadership with a long track record in large enterprise deals. During his time at Verint, Agarwal drove more than $50 million in net-new revenue over the last decade and handled one of the company’s largest net-new business quotas in India and among the highest in APAC.
That background also shapes the role’s wider significance. ProHance is looking to combine its product-led approach with consultative enterprise selling as it expands its workforce management offering.
ProHance workforce analytics leadership targets enterprise growth
According to ProHance CEO Ankur Dhingra, Agarwal’s experience across strategic accounts and his ROI-focused sales approach align with the company’s plans for ProHanceCX. Agarwal, meanwhile, has positioned the opportunity around helping businesses achieve more with leaner teams while building ProHanceCX into a category leader.
For ProHance, the executive appointment therefore extends beyond adding a senior sales executive. It gives the company a dedicated leader for a product line that sits at the intersection of workforce management, enterprise CX and workforce engagement.
The ProHance workforce analytics leadership strategy will now depend on turning that experience into sustained enterprise adoption and expanding the product’s footprint across global accounts.
