RAH Infotech and dbexpert.ai partnership targets dDatabase complexity

The RAH Infotech and dbexpert.ai partnership aims to expand dbexpert.ai's reach in India through RAH Infotech's channel ecosystem and technical capabilities. The collaboration will give channel partners access to a single-platform database observability suite covering performance, security, and health across SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MariaDB.

The partnership comes as enterprise database environments become more diverse, with teams often managing several database engines and deployment models. The need to switch between separate monitoring tools can slow down incident response and make it harder to maintain a consistent view of database operations.

Unified database observability across multiple engines

The platform brings unified database observability across five widely used database engines. It performs more than 1,775 automated checks per server covering database performance, security, and health.

Its Detection Tree capability is designed to provide automated root-cause analysis, focusing on identifying why an issue occurred rather than simply generating another alert. AI Chat offers plain-language explanations to help teams with triage, while Forecast provides predictive analytics and Time Travel allows past incidents to be replayed and investigated.

Multi-engine support meets enterprise database needs

The platform's multi-engine support is aimed at organisations running mixed database environments, including cloud and hybrid deployments. It also targets businesses adopting open-source databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MariaDB or looking to reduce reliance on separate vendor-specific monitoring tools.

The initial focus will include BFSI, healthcare, and other regulated sectors where database security, availability, and data sovereignty are important. IT services companies, system integrators, telecom providers, e-commerce businesses, and SaaS companies with multi-vendor environments are also part of the target market.

Channel ecosystem gets technical support and enablement

For RAH Infotech, the partnership is also about strengthening its channel ecosystem around database management. The company will support market development through partner enablement, technical support, pre-sales assistance, product training, and joint go-to-market activities.

The commercial proposition centres on consolidation, with dbexpert.ai positioned as an alternative to managing three to five separate point tools. RAH will also work with partners on enterprise evaluations and adoption across India.
