Salesforce and Anthropic Partnership launches Claudeforce AI integration

The Salesforce and Anthropic partnership is taking enterprise AI a step further by putting Claude directly into Salesforce and connecting it with the data, workflows and rules businesses already use. The collaboration launches with Salesforce in Claude, a plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills designed to help sellers reason over live revenue data, update pipelines and take governed action.
The bigger shift is less about adding another AI assistant and more about changing where work happens. Instead of moving between a CRM and an AI tool, users can bring reasoning and action into the same workflow.
Claudeforce brings AI into Salesforce workflows
The Claudeforce AI integration starts with Salesforce in Claude, which is designed to understand the seller's revenue cycle. Its 37 prebuilt sales skills include meeting preparation, deal health reviews and pipeline reviews.
The plugin can also use enterprise context from Salesforce, Slack and connected tools to create tailored dashboards with accounts, pipeline information and live data.
Importantly, actions still move through Salesforce, allowing existing business rules to be applied. Authentication and permissions are managed centrally, while administrators connect the system once rather than setting it up for each seller.
Salesforce in Claude changes the CRM interface
The Salesforce in Claude plugin reflects a broader change in how enterprise software can be used. Instead of manually navigating static screens, agents can access business data, workflows and rules directly.
Claude is also available inside Salesforce's Agentforce environment, where it serves as a reasoning model for the Atlas Reasoning Engine and powers Agentforce Vibes and Agentforce Coworker by default.
Through Amazon Bedrock, Claude is available within the Salesforce Trust Boundary, including for customers in regulated industries.
Claudeforce connects people, agents and Slack
The Claudeforce approach extends beyond CRM. Claude is being embedded into Slack, where it will serve as the default model across Slackbot and other AI experiences.
This connects team conversations with actions in Salesforce. Teams can reason through decisions in Slack and then execute governed actions without leaving their existing workflow.
The partnership also has a mutual-adoption angle. Salesforce and Anthropic are strategic customers of each other, making both companies users as well as builders of the architecture they are developing.
