Xebia and OpenAI partnership takes enterprise AI further

The Xebia and OpenAI Partnership is pushing enterprise AI beyond individual use cases. Xebia has been named an OpenAI Select Partner within the OpenAI Partner Network, a global program for partners building, selling and delivering AI solutions with OpenAI.

For enterprises, the focus is less about simply adding another AI tool and more about making AI work across data, software and business workflows. Xebia says its work with OpenAI will help organisations build, deploy and scale AI solutions while maintaining the governance and engineering foundations needed for production use.

OpenAI Select Partner status expands Xebia’s AI role

As an OpenAI Select Partner, Xebia will continue working with OpenAI to help organisations adopt its models and products. The company will also focus on helping customers get more useful work from every token and stronger performance per dollar with GPT-5.6, while using ChatGPT Work to turn business goals into completed work.

The partnership adds to Xebia’s existing capabilities in agentic AI, data engineering and AI-native software delivery. Its Xebia Axis agentic data foundation and Xebia Ace AI-native engineering solution are aimed at organisations across banking, insurance, retail, travel and healthcare.

Xebia AI solutions move toward production

The bigger shift is Xebia’s focus on taking AI into production. The company says enterprises are moving beyond isolated AI experiments and looking at how intelligence can be embedded across data, software and workflows.

That makes the OpenAI Partner Network important to Xebia’s strategy. The company plans to combine OpenAI models with engineering, governance and platform foundations to support scalable deployments.

Xebia has cited examples including an agentic AI deployment that helps a global cruise line manage more than 10,000 customer emails each day, cutting processing time by 70%. It also built a GenAI-powered knowledge platform that transformed more than 30,000 documents for a Fortune 500 consumer goods company, reducing decision time from hours to seconds.
