Barracuda Advances Partner Success Program with Turnkey Marketing and Training Upgrades

Barracuda Networks has announced significant new advancements to the Barracuda Partner Success Program. Building on a recent comprehensive modernisation of its channel framework, these updates introduce turnkey demand generation tools, role-based portal automation, and expanded certification pathways designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and hybrid channel partners differentiate their services and scale recurring margins.

As cybersecurity threats accelerate and become more sophisticated, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) increasingly rely on channel partners to deliver unified protection across email, web access, network perimeters, and data backup environments.

However, many channel organisations struggle with administrative overhead, complex vendor management systems, and fragmented marketing tools. The latest enhancements to Barracuda's Partner Success Program directly resolve these friction points, providing a streamlined, partner-first experience aligned with the AI-powered BarracudaONE cyber resilience platform.

Accelerating Demand Generation with Automation and Visibility

A key highlight of the updated program is a reimagined demand generation framework. Anchored by a state-of-the-art Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA) platform, the system enables partners to execute co-branded campaigns, launch automated social and email syndication workflows, or utilise turnkey "do-it-for-me" campaign management. This capability allows MSPs to generate high-quality pipelines without allocating extensive internal marketing resources.

Additionally, Barracuda announced a forthcoming Partner Locator feature. The tool connects end-user customers directly with certified Barracuda partners, elevating partner visibility based on verified technical expertise and credentials rather than organisational size alone.

Expanding the Barracuda Mastery Program and Guided Portal Workflows

To help channel teams deepen technical proficiency, Barracuda is expanding the Barracuda Mastery Program. The updated curriculum introduces deeper role-based learning pathways, specialised technical labs, and new sales and technical credentials that validate partner expertise across the BarracudaONE product suite.

Simultaneously, the Barracuda Partner Portal now incorporates intelligent role-based segmentation and guided workflows. Features like step-by-step journeys for co-selling, deal registration, and Development Fund (MDF) tracking reduce setup complexity and speed up time-to-value for new partners.
