eScan rewards top channel partners with Thailand experience

eScan recently brought its top-performing channel partners together for a week-long experience in Thailand, recognising their business performance and contribution to the company’s growth. The Channel partner recognition initiative also gave eScan an opportunity to deepen relationships and exchange views on changing customer and market needs.
The experience combined networking, business interactions, sightseeing and cultural activities. But the business value went beyond the recognition itself. For eScan, bringing partners together created a space to discuss evolving requirements and strengthen engagement across its channel network.
eScan channel growth goes beyond performance
The initiative comes as organisations deal with a more complex cybersecurity environment. Growing digital operations are bringing wider attack surfaces and increasing needs around endpoint security, threat detection and data protection.
Against this backdrop, eScan sees its partners as an important link between its technology and customers. Partners understand local market conditions and customer requirements, while their feedback can help eScan respond to changing business needs.
With more than 300 R&D professionals, a presence across 90+ countries and a global channel ecosystem of 50,000 partners, the company is placing continued focus on partner engagement as part of its eScan channel growth strategy.
Partner engagement strategy focuses on stronger relationships
The Thailand initiative also reflects eScan’s wider Partner engagement strategy, which includes collaboration, knowledge sharing and technology enablement.
Shweta Thakare, Vice President – Global Sales & Marketing, eScan, said the company sees its partners as an important part of its growth journey. She added that the initiative was intended to recognise their contribution while celebrating the relationships built over time.
The company also plans to support partners with solutions, knowledge, business opportunities and engagement initiatives as cybersecurity requirements continue to change.
