FUJIFILM India Launches Revoria Press PC2120 With AI-Driven Printing

The production printing industry is steadily moving beyond speed alone. Print providers now need greater automation, consistent output, and the ability to produce premium applications with minimal manual intervention. FUJIFILM India launches the Revoria Press PC2120 at a time when these expectations are becoming standard across commercial printing environments.
The new flagship model in the Revoria Press series builds on the foundation of the Revoria Press PC1120 while introducing AI-powered workflow automation, an expanded colour gamut, and stable one-pass six-colour printing. Together, these additions point to a broader shift where intelligent automation and creative flexibility are becoming equally important for production print businesses.
AI Moves Beyond Workflow Automation in FUJIFILM Revoria Press PC2120 India
One of the biggest upgrades in the Revoria Press PC2120 is its use of AI across prepress and printing operations. The new Substrate Profiler analyses the loaded paper and automatically recommends the best settings, reducing setup time and improving operational efficiency.
The Revoria Flow print server also applies AI to optimise image quality by sharpening text, enhancing fine details, and identifying scenes such as people or landscapes for automatic image correction. During production, the Smart Monitoring Gate continuously checks paper colour variations and print registration, making real-time adjustments without slowing print speeds. This helps maintain consistent quality regardless of operator experience.
Revoria PC2120 Flagship Production Printer Expands Creative Possibilities
FUJIFILM has also expanded the printer's creative capabilities by introducing a newly developed green speciality toner alongside the existing pink toner. Combined with CMYK printing, the system delivers a wider printable colour gamut and covers up to 93% of the PANTONE FORMULA GUIDE Solid Coated reference colours.
The FUJIFILM Revoria Press PC2120 India launch also expands the speciality toner lineup to seven options, including gold, silver, clear, white, textured paper, green, and pink. Automatic colour separation further simplifies wide-gamut printing by converting RGB artwork into optimised CMYK and speciality colour layers, reducing prepress complexity.
FUJIFILM India Revoria Experience Centre Highlights Smarter Print Innovation
Beyond colour improvements, the printer is designed for demanding production environments. It delivers print speeds of up to 120 pages per minute, supports media ranging from 52 gsm to 400 gsm, and handles paper sizes from postcards to long sheets up to 1,300 mm.
Additional features such as the Air Suction Feeder Tray and Static Eliminator improve media handling, particularly for coated, film, and metallic papers that are traditionally more difficult to process.
AI Automation in Making FUJIFILM Revoria Press PC2120 India More Efficient
According to FUJIFILM India, the Revoria PC2120 flagship production printer is designed to help print service providers improve productivity while delivering premium-quality applications with greater consistency and faster turnaround times.
The launch also reinforces the role of the FUJIFILM India Revoria Experience Centre and the company's broader focus on digital printing, workflow automation, and production technologies that help customers respond to changing market requirements.
