ITC Infotech and Google Cloud partnership targets AI scale
The ITC Infotech and Google Cloud partnership is taking a different approach to enterprise AI adoption. Instead of treating AI as a customer-facing experiment, ITC Infotech plans to become its own "customer zero" for Gemini Enterprise.
The company will deploy, validate and scale Google's agentic AI platform across its organisation before taking the implementation methods and technical blueprints to customers. The strategy is simple: learn by doing, measure the results and then use that experience to help enterprises move from AI trials to wider deployment.
The partnership also positions ITC Infotech to build its own operational expertise and proprietary IP around agentic AI.
Agentic AI moves into everyday enterprise work
The internal rollout will cover several areas of ITC Infotech's operations. In software engineering, Antigravity will be used to improve development velocity, support legacy code migration, reduce code complexity and speed up application modernisation.
The company is also moving towards Autonomous Workflows built around specialised AI agents and Multi-Agent Orchestration. These agents are expected to work across internal systems and data sources to handle complex corporate tasks with greater autonomy.
The wider plan includes bringing Gemini Enterprise into administrative, HR, finance and legal functions. Potential use cases include faster RFP drafting, internal IT and HR service ticket management and financial invoice audits.
The shift is notable because it moves AI beyond individual prompts and isolated use cases towards connected workflows across business functions.
