TCC Concept Limited data centre expansion powers 60 MW Pune plan

India's data centre industry is entering a new growth phase, and the TCC Concept Limited data centre expansion marks another important milestone in that journey. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, NES Data Private Limited, the company has signed an MoU to acquire land at Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Pune, to develop a next-generation data centre campus with a planned IT load capacity of up to 60 MW. Subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals, the project reflects TCC's long-term strategy to strengthen its presence in enterprise digital infrastructure.

NES Data Pune 60 MW data centre strengthens expansion

The proposed campus builds on TCC's existing 4 MW enterprise data centre in Pune. The TCC Concept Limited data centre expansion represents the company's next major growth phase as it works towards its medium-term objective of building an aggregate data centre capacity of 100 MW. The planned facility will be developed in phases while focusing on global standards of reliability, sustainability, operational efficiency and energy management.

Located within Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, the project benefits from reliable power availability, strong fibre connectivity and close proximity to major technology companies, making it well suited for enterprise and hyperscale data centre development.

TCC Concept digital infrastructure expansion targets AI growth

The expansion highlights TCC's strategy of preparing for rising demand driven by artificial intelligence, cloud computing, enterprise colocation and digital transformation.
