Vertex Group opens new Experience Campus in Gurugram

Vertex Group has opened a new 5,000+ seater Experience Campus in Gurugram as demand from new and existing clients drives the company to expand its delivery capacity.
Located in Sector 32, the new campus brings together operational floors, workspaces, meeting and training facilities, recreation areas, green spaces and cafeteria facilities. It is around 30 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport and about 10 minutes from Millennium City Centre Metro Station. Employee shuttle services will support daily travel across Delhi NCR.
The campus was inaugurated by Gagan Arora, Founder & President, Vertex Group, in the presence of senior representatives from the Group’s partner consumer brands and its leadership team.
The expansion comes as Vertex increases its workforce across key Indian cities. On August 15, 2026, the company launched Vertex Mega Hiring Month, targeting 2,000 new professionals across Gurugram, Noida and Bengaluru.
Within weeks, Vertex has added more than 1,200 professionals, including more than 200 hires in a single two-day period. The company said this was a record for its hiring programme.
Campus expansion follows growing client mandates
Vertex said the current expansion is being driven by larger and more complex mandates from consumer brands. As partner brands move more customer experience operations to Vertex, the company is adding capacity across locations to deploy teams faster and support both new programmes and expanding accounts.
The hiring programme covers customer service, operations, quality, training, analytics, workforce management and leadership roles.
Gagan Arora, Founder & President, Vertex Group, said, “We are extremely grateful for the confidence our partner brands continue to place in Vertex Group. The pace at which our operations are growing today is being driven by real business requirements coming from both new and existing partners.”
He added that the new Gurugram campus provides significant capacity while the company is also adding space in Bengaluru, expanding teams in Mumbai and building further capacity in Noida.
Vertex is targeting a workforce milestone of 5,555. Arora said the focus was not only on the number of employees but also on the larger client mandates and opportunities being created for people.
The Gurugram campus has been designed for high-volume, multi-team customer experience operations. It combines operational floors, training and collaboration areas, leadership and support functions, employee amenities and technology infrastructure.
Technology is being built into the operating model rather than treated as a separate layer. This includes workforce planning, quality management, analytics, training, agent support and customer interaction workflows.
The company said these systems are intended to help teams make faster decisions, improve service consistency, reduce manual work and give clients better visibility into programme performance.
Tanya Singh, Global VP – Marketing & Transformation, Vertex Group, said the new campus is intended to support the company’s next phase of growth and eventually become an experience centre for clients and partners.
She said the centre will demonstrate how technology, automation and responsible AI can be used in customer experience operations. Under its Responsible AI Lab agenda, Vertex is embedding intelligence and automation across its processes, tools and workplace.
“Transformation, for us, is never about technology in isolation. It is about redesigning how people, processes, platforms and physical infrastructure work together,” Singh added.
Building a multi-city delivery network
Gurugram remains a key operating hub for Vertex, but the company is also expanding in Bengaluru, Noida and Mumbai.
In Bengaluru, additional space is being taken up for new customer experience programmes and larger teams. Noida is getting additional operational capacity, while the Mumbai teams are also expanding.
The company said the wider network will give it more flexibility to support clients, access larger talent pools and scale programmes based on demand.
India will also remain an important delivery, technology and talent base as Vertex prepares to support a growing international portfolio.
